Is your jewelry or your opal not quite what you expected? We accept returns on ready-stock items within 14 days of receiving your order except transaction fees and shipping costs, Italian Law (articolo 56 del D. Lgs. 206/05). Please email contact@opalemio.com with your order number and why you’d like to return it.
To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This means free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear. It must shipped with a tracked shipment in the original packaging with receipt.The costs for the gift box, the declaration of authenticity and any shipping costs made by the customer for the return of the product will in no case be reimbursed. We don't accept returns on custom made jewelry. Your shipping costs are non-refundable.
The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively to consumers or persons who purchase the goods not for purposes related to their professional, commercial or entrepreneurial activity. Therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and persons who act for purposes related to the professional activity that may be carried out.
How long will the refund take?
Refunds are completed within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return and from the quality control on the returned products.
How do I know if OpaleMio receives the products I return?

Before making the return, inquire with your authorities if there is the possibility of a refund of the taxes and VAT paid.
When completing the customs declaration forms (CN22 and / or CN23) it is necessary to indicate "Returned goods - Failed sale" and attach them to the outside of the package. Please carefully follow the return procedure that will be provided to you by our customer service as if customs duties / charges are found, the package will NOT be accepted and will be rejected (blocked at customs or sent back with any additional costs always borne by the sender).
